The practice offers a remarkable monthly membership of value-added services that compliment existing insurance plans by lowering the cost of basic PRIMARY CARE.

The Direct Primary Care (DPC) model is a practice and payment model where patients / consumers pay their provider directly for services through a monthly fee for enhanced access to healthcare. DPC is not a replacement for health insurance, we do not bill insurance, you can use a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to pay for your membership. You are encouraged to carry insurance coverage for catastrophic and serious illness.

  • Thorough, UNRUSHED VISITS.

  • 24/7 ACCESS to our client portal to schedule, message and to always receive the care you need, when you need it, and how you like care delivered.

  • Annual and as needed PREVENTATIVE LABS included.

  • Preventative HEALTH SCREENINGS based on age included but not limited to EKG and Pulmonary Function Tests, and Audiometry.

We understand your needs may change and want to be there to help, that’s why this is a partnership! If you need to cancel, a 30 day notice is appreciated. If you paid other than monthly, your remaining balance is refunded, that simple.
